- Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Young children must be supervised at all times while in the swimming pool and on the jungle gym.
- No loud music, yelling, noise or gatherings between 10pm and 7.30am. Strictly enforced for the comfort of all guests.
- We have a non-smoking policy in all our villas and park buildings such as the shop and reception. Smoking in the villas will incur an additional $250 charge to cover extra cleaning fees.
- Alcohol is permitted on site but excessive drinking will not be tolerated. Anyone who presents a danger to themselves or others will be asked to leave the Park without a refund. Alcohol must be consumed responsibly on your site or in barbecue areas.
- Smoking is not permitted inside park shop or reception.
- Fireworks are not permitted.
- Management will charge additional costs for damages incurred and additional cleaning required by the park.
- Young children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult when using the amenities. The family bathroom is located at the A-Block.
- All guests have a right to a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Unruly behavior, drunkenness, racist or bad language is not tolerated in our park.
- Please note children under 9 years of age are not allowed to sleep or play on the top bunk.
- No alcohol or bait is to be stored in the camp fridge . All other items must be marked with the reservation name and site number. Alcohol, bait, and unmarked items will be discarded.
- Clotheslines are located by the laundry and amenities block. Guests are not to erect makeshift lines.
- Please familiarize yourself with the Emergency Evacuation Procedures on arrival and assemble at your nearest assembly point in the event of an emergency.
- Solid fuel fires including heat beads are not permitted at any time in the park. Portable gas barbecues and cooktops are permitted except on days of total fire ban.
- Please dispose all waste at dump points and NOT in toilets.
- Wrap garbage before placing in the bins provided throughout the park. Dispose of any fish or seafood scraps in the bins located at the fish-cleaning area.
- Generators are not permitted unless there is a power outage.
- Maintenance staff at the park work hard to supply shady trees and a beautiful natural landscape. Please do not tie ropes on trees or remove any branches.
- Park Managers, owners and staff are not liable to guests or third parties for any injury loss or damage sustained while staying in the park. The Principal occupant must be over 18 and solely responsible for any children’s actions who are in their care. Guests must ensure that their property and valuables are stored securely at all times.
- After 8 pm children must confine all social activities to a site under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- There are no refunds for early departures, mistaken accommodation bookings, or change of mind.
- Sites must be left in a clean and tidy manner to avoid a cleaning fee.
- No mechanical repairs are to be conducted on park grounds.
- There is strictly no smoking in amenities or villas.
- The speed limit in the park is walking speed.
- No food, alcohol or glass is permitted in pool area. Please do not use park towels for the pool.
- One vehicle per site only.
- In Karumba we do have water restrictions. Please comply with regulated water use and be water conscious.
- Visitors are welcome. All visitors must register at Reception upon arrival.
- Park Managers reserve the right to relocate or cancel any reservation at any time.
- Park Managers reserve the right to remove without notice, any person(s) who ignore park rules or who behave in an offensive or disorderly manager that affects the park, its managers or owners, or its guests. Said removal may result in additional charges and fines.
PETS
- All pet owners must complete and sign our Pet Policy agreement prior to or on arrival.
- Pets are not permitted inside Villas. An additional cleaning fee of $25.00 will be applied to reservations with pets. $50 deposit is also required up front.
- Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
- Barking dogs are not permitted.
- Dog owners are required to clean up after their dogs.
- Dogs are not permitted in communal areas, villas or in park gardens.
