Rates 2025
The following rates are effective January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025. Rates include GST.
- HOLIDAY HOUSE: 2 adults $500 per night. (See further details and conditions below.)
- PREMIUM VILLAS: 2 adults from $199 per night.
- KARUMBA CABINS: 2 adults from $179 per night.
- COZY CARAVAN: 2 adults $159 per night.
- POWERED SITES : 2 adults $50 per night low season | 2 adults $65 per night high season.
- DRIVE-THROUGH POWERED SITES: 2 adults $55 per night low season | 2 adults $70 per night high season.
- PREMIUM POWERED SITES: 2 adults $55 per night low season | 2 adults $70 per night high season.
- UNPOWERED SITES : 2 adults $45 per night low season | 2 adults $55 per night high season.
- EXTRA ADULT: $18
- EXTRA CHILD: (3-16 years) $13
- CHILDREN: (0-2 years) No charge
Rates are for 2 adults. Low season is October 11 – March 9. High season is March 10 – October 10.
Rates are subject to change at any time and in accordance with events and seasons. Please confirm rates at time of booking.
Holiday House Details and Conditions:
A two-night minimum stay is required. The rate is $500 per night for up to two adults. Each additional adult is $50 per night, and each additional child is $25 per night. Children 0-2 no charge.
Holiday House has been newly renovated and features three double bedrooms, two separate bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious deck, air-conditioning throughout, a private barbecue, and a washer and dryer.
HELPFUL INFO
- $100 security deposit is required on all bookings.
- A booking is not confirmed until deposit has been received.
- All guests under 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Only 1 vehicle per site is permitted.
- Check-in time is any time after 1pm. Check-out time is 10am (strictly enforced).
- Park reserves the right to cancel any reservation or relocate a guest at its discretion.
- A booking fee of $5.00 plus any rate changes applies to all reservation changes.
- We are a pet friendly park. See our terms and conditions regarding pets.
CANCELLATION
- Refunds granted at management discretion and on a case-by-case basis only.
- Refunds granted will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee.
- No refunds for early departures.
