Dr Davey has pedalled, posted, and powered his way across nearly 100,000 kilometres of Australia, raising over 200,000 dollars for Soldier On, a charity supporting defence personnel and veterans impacted by suicide. His mission is personal. A veteran himself, Michael knows what it’s like to face the darkness – and he’s passionate about helping others find their way out.

In a clever and heartfelt twist, Michael has spent recent journeys dressed as Where’s Wally, symbolising how many hide their mental health struggles in plain sight. His rides have taken him across deserts, coasts, and country roads – all to shine a light on the challenges facing our veteran community.
